The Fine Print (aka “The Finer Points”)
- You must complete your profile at least 7 days before your birthday to receive a birthday reward.
- Governor’s may change or cancel parts of the program at any time without prior notice.
- Points have no cash value and are only valid for food and drink purchases at Governor’s Restaurants.
- Points cannot be earned or redeemed on gift cards, catering/banquet sales, online bakery orders, or third-party delivery services.
- We may void points or terminate accounts in cases of fraud, technical issues, or other unauthorized use.
💬 Frequently Asked Questions
Q: I tried to sign up, but nothing happened.
A: You need to use a cell phone that can receive and verify a text message. If you don’t get a text, your number might already be in the system. Go back and try the “Look Up Account” option.
Q: What’s my password?
A: We don’t use passwords! Just enter your phone number or email at GovernorsRestaurant.com/Rewards and you’ll receive a one-time link via text or email.
Q: Can I change my phone number?
A: Not directly. Please fill out a comment card on our website with your old and new numbers, and we’ll update it for you.
Q: Where’s my birthday reward?
A: It applies automatically as a discount the first time you use your account during your birth month. It won’t show up as a dollar amount in your balance.
Q: I didn’t get my birthday reward!
A: The most common reason is an incomplete profile. Log in and make sure your birthday is entered correctly. If the wrong month is in there, we’re not able to adjust it.
Q: I’m not getting points.
A: It’s likely the server didn’t enter your phone number, or you gave the wrong one. Always double-check when paying.
Q: I used to earn points with my credit card. What happened?
A: With SpendGo, credit card linking is no longer available. Just provide your phone number each time you visit to earn points.
