The Fine Print (aka “The Finer Points”)
- You must complete your profile at least 7 days before your birthday to receive a birthday reward.
- Governor’s may change or cancel parts of the program at any time without prior notice.
- Points have no cash value and are only valid for food and drink purchases at Governor’s Restaurants.
- Points cannot be earned or redeemed on gift cards, catering/banquet sales, online bakery orders, or third-party delivery services.
- We may void points or terminate accounts in cases of fraud, technical issues, or other unauthorized use.

1. What is Spendgo?
a. Spendgo is a digital loyalty company, powering loyalty programs for major national brands like
Cold Stone Creamery, Baja Fresh, Sbarro, Planet Smoothie, bb.q Chicken, Just Love Coffee, and
Captain D’s, and now Governor’s Restaurant & Bakery. To learn more about Spendgo, visit their website.
2. What is the Governor’s Rewards program?
a. The Governor’s Rewards program is our way of rewarding our loyal guests. Earn points and enjoy
Governor’s Rewards based on how often you eat with us.
3. How do I earn rewards?
a. Simply provide your phone number for the Governor’s Rewards program to the Cashier in-store
every time you make a purchase to earn points. You will earn points for online orders. You can
choose to bank your points or redeem points for awesome free items or dollars off when you
reach five point tier thresholds. Make sure to register your account to earn additional personalized
offers, plus 100 Points just for signing up at my.spendgo.com/GovernorsRestaurantBakery
4. Do I need a plastic rewards card to participate?
a. No, there are no plastic loyalty cards associated with Spendgo. Just give the Server or Cashier your phone
number during checkout in-store to earn points and redeem rewards.
5. Where are my previous Loyalty points?
a. Your previous points from Toast Loyalty have been migrated to the Spendgo platform! All you
need to do is Register for a new account with Spendgo and ensure that you use the same phone
number you used with Toast Loyalty. Once you Register, you will be able to access your previous
points and redeem them for amazing new rewards! Plus, you’ll get 100 Points just for Registering!
6. Do I have to register an account to earn points?
a. No, you do not need to register your account to earn points in the program, but you’ll need to
register your account in order to redeem your points for rewards. As a thank you for registering
your account, you will receive 100 Points!
7. How do I register my account?
a. To register, just fill out a short form my.spendgo.com/GovernorsRestaurantBakery, where you will
be prompted to enter your phone number and click Next. From there, you will be required to
validate your phone number by entering in a One-Time 6-digit Passcode within 5 minutes. Upon
successful validation, you will be taken to the next screen to enter your profile details! As soon as
you do, you’ll be on your way to enjoying great rewards, like 100 Points, just for registering!
8. How do I redeem a reward or offer?
a. Provide your phone number to the Cashier while you are making your purchase. If you have
enough points to redeem an item, add the item to your cart, or simply proceed with using a dollars
off. The Cashier will prompt you to use your points to redeem the free item or use your dollars off.
Simply confirm that you would like to redeem your points for the item/discount on that visit, and
the discount will be automatically applied to your order and the corresponding points will be
removed from your account.
b. For online orders (and App orders, coming soon), log into your Spendgo account. Once logged in,
place items in your cart and go to the checkout page. Points will be available to redeem for free
items or dollars off, if applicable.
9. Can I use multiple rewards at the same time?
a. No, only one reward or discount can be used per order, but multiple rewards can be accumulated
for later use.
10. Do my points or offers expire?
a. The Birthday Offer expires after 30 days. Other rewards and offers’ expiration rules may vary.
Points are subject to expiration due to account inactivity. Sign in to your Governor’s Reward
account to view more details.
11. Can I earn points on all my purchases at Governor’s Restaurant & Bakery?
a. All in-store and online purchases qualify for points, excluding gift card purchases or reloads, sales
tax, tips, team member discounts, banquets, and the value of any discounts or promotions.
12. How do I tell how many points I have? How do I log in?
a. To see your points or reward status, log into your Governor’s Rewards account online using your
phone number and successfully enter in a One-Time 6-digit Passcode within 5 minutes. Only
Registered Members will be able to log-in to view their points balance and available rewards.
13. How are points calculated?
a. For every $1 spent, 1 point is earned, less taxes, tips, discounts and other fees. You cannot earn
points on any rewards or offers used on an order.
14. I’ve been earning points, but I can’t redeem offers, why?
a. If you are earning points, but unable to redeem your points for rewards, it means you need to
Register your account at my.spendgo.com/GovernorsRestaurantBakery. While you can earn
points with just your phone number, you must Register your phone number in order to redeem
rewards.
15. I’m not getting my points. What do I do about it?
a. If you are not getting your points, please submit a ticket with Spendgo Support with the details of
your transactions, and our Support team will gladly assist you.
16. Which Governor’s Restaurant & Bakery locations can I earn points and redeem rewards?
a. The Governor’s Rewards program will soon be available at a store nearest you. For a list of
participating locations please visit the Governor’s Restaurant & Bakery website.
17. Oops, I ordered in-store but forgot to give my phone number, how do I earn points for my
purchase?
a. Simply log-in to my.spendgo.com/GovernorsRestaurantBakery and click “Add Points”, select
“Order Number” and enter the details from your receipt to earn points on your transaction.
18. Oops, I ordered online but forgot to log into my account, how do I earn points for my purchase?
a. If you ordered via Storefront (online or the mobile App), but forgot to log in first, you’ll need to
email info@governorsrestaurant.com with a copy of your receipt and your phone number. We’ll
take care of adding the points to your account
19. Will you be calling or texting me after I enter my phone number?
a. No, your phone number will only be used to track your reward points. We will never contact you
without your permission.
20. Who do I contact if I need help with my Governor’s Rewards account?
a. You can submit a ticket to Customer Support at https://www.spendgo.com/help-rewards
21 I used to earn points with my credit card. What happened?
a: With Spendgo, credit card linking is no longer available. Just provide your phone number each time you visit to earn points.
