| Do you accept reservations for a standard dining table? | For general dining, we typically welcome guests on a walk-in basis and do not take standard table reservations. If you are planning a large event or a private function, please see the Catering & Banquets section below. |
| When is the all-you-can-eat Breakfast Buffet available? | Our popular Breakfast Buffet is a weekend treat! It is generally available on Saturday and Sunday mornings at select locations, and Sunday mornings at others. The hours are typically 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM or 12:00 PM. Please check the Breakfast Buffet page for current details, availability, and pricing. |
| What is your policy regarding service dogs? | We are happy to accommodate service dogs! We allow service dogs as required by ADA, however they must behave according to the state of Maine food code. This ensures a safe and comfortable environment for all our guests and staff. |

| Are you open on Thanksgiving Day? | On Thanksgiving Day, most of our locations have limited hours (generally closing around 11:00 AM) and only serve our breakfast menu. Please note that our Presque Isle location is typically closed on Thanksgiving. We encourage guests to confirm hours with their local restaurant. |
| Are you open on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day? | Christmas Eve: Most of our restaurants close early, generally around 3:00 PM. Christmas Day: All Governors Restaurant & Bakery locations are typically closed so our team members can spend the holiday with their families. We resume regular hours on December 26th. |

| What is Governor’s Rewards and how does it work? | Governor’s Rewards is our way of thanking our loyal guests! You earn 1 point for every $1 spent at any of our restaurants. You can redeem points for free items like cookies, milkshakes, and starters, or get $10 off your bill when you reach 250 points. |
| How do I sign up for the Rewards program? | Just give your phone number to the cashier or server when you pay. To unlock all the perks, like the $10 Birthday Bonus and to redeem your points, you must register your account online. |

For larger events, we have Off-Site Catering available at our Presque Isle and Old Town locations. We also have private or semi-private event rooms for banquets at our Old Town, Waterville, Presque Isle, and Lewiston locations.
