Questions? Here are some answers…

  • Do I have to buy anything to sign up?
    No purchase is necessary to sign up for a Go Gov’s! Club reward card. It’s quick and easy and you can do it at any Governor’s. You can only have one active card at a time.
  • How do I earn points?
    You’ll earn Go Gov’s! Club points when you purchase regularly priced food or beverages at any Governor’s Restaurant. Just remember… you must present your Go Gov’s! Club card at the time of purchase, and only the Go Gov’s! Club card holder who pays the check can earn points.
  • When will my points appear on my account?
    After you sign up for the Go Gov’s! Club, your points are credited immediately after every visit and shown on your guest receipt.
  • When I redeem the points on my Go Gov’s! Club card, will I also earn points on that purchase?
    You will only earn points for the amount of money you spend. No points will be awarded for Go Gov’s! Club points that you earned and use.
  • If I have a coupon from Governor’s, can I use the coupon and earn points as well?
    Yes. But you will only earn points for the amount of money you spend after the coupon value has been applied.
  • Do I earn points when I buy a Governor’s gift card?
    You don’t earn points when you purchase Governor’s gift cards, but any Go Gov’s! Club card holder will receive points when redeeming a gift card.
  • What if I lose my card?
    No problem! Just visit any Governor’s and we’ll assign you a new card and transfer all your information and points.  Simply ask your server for a new card and sign up with your current email address to link your account.
  • Will my Go Gov’s! Club card ever expire?
    Your points will not expire as long as you use your Go Gov’s! Club card at least once a year and the Go Gov’s! Club is still operating. If you don’t use your card at least once a year, your card and points will be canceled.
  • What if I don’t have an email address?
    An Email access is a key to our Go Gov’s! Club since it allows us to email a link to enter your profile information such as your birthday, and contact you with news about special rewards and benefits. If you have no access to e-mail, you can still earn rewards points – unfortunately at this time you will not be able to sign up for our Birthday reward, and we won’t be able to keep you in the information loop or let you know about Go Gov’s! Club specials and events.
  • Where is my Birthday Reward?
    The birthday reward is a discount that is applied on your first visit of your birth month at any Governor’s Restaurant.  It does not show up as a dollar or point amount on your card. If you’ve signed up for an account after May 2016 you must have an email address and have entered your profile information so the system knows when your birthday is.
  • Can I earn points for catered or banquet events?
    No, sorry. Catered or banquet events are not eligible for Go Gov’s! Club points.
  • How often can I use my card?
    Go Gov’s! Club cards will be accepted twice per day. However, if you choose to come more than twice a day, we’ll happily credit your account with manager approval.
